Job Purpose
Manage daily accounting activities for construction and manufacturing operations using Odoo ERP.
Key Responsibilities
• Record daily transactions in Odoo ERP.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, cash, bank, and general ledger.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, subcontractor payments, and retention amounts.
• Calculate manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, work in progress, and finished goods.
• Review purchase orders, supplier invoices, inventory movements, and production transactions.
• Support monthly closing, audits, tax reporting, and fixed asset accounting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience.
• Experience in construction and manufacturing accounting.
• Practical experience with Odoo Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Project modules.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and Microsoft Excel.
• Kurdish and Arabic language skills. English is preferred.
• Willingness to visit construction sites, warehouses, and factories when required.
