Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to promote and sell our ERP solutions and consultancy services in HR, Finance, Management, and Commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English to engage effectively with diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Present and sell ERP systems and consultancy services tailored to client needs.
  • Understand business requirements and work with technical teams to propose solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (ERP/software/consultancy preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR, Finance, and Commercial processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
