Odoo Implementor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Implementer with strong business acumen and hands-on experience in Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Odoo applications, and delivering effective ERP solutions tailored to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional Odoo configurations
  • Implement and configure core Odoo modules, especially Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing
  • Train end-users and provide functional support during and after the implementation
  • Create and maintain documentation for all configurations, customizations, and processes
  • Test new functions/modules and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with technical developers to support custom development
  • Suggest and implement process improvements based on business needs
  • Manage project timelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Odoo implementation
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Accounting, and Procurement
  • Ability to gather and analyze requirements, and deliver business solutions
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
  • Proficiency in configuring and using Odoo (v14 and above preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in English; Arabic/Kurdish is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of Python or XML is a plus
  • Odoo certification is an advantage
  • Experience in training and end-user support
