We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence, create engaging visual content, and develop marketing materials that align with our brand and ERP industry focus. This role involves planning and scheduling posts, designing animated and graphic content, and optimizing engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, graphic design, and digital advertising, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the ERP sector, especially Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule weekly posts, stories, and short videos tailored to our industry.
- Design animated content to improve audience engagement.
- Capture and edit in-person content for social media.
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategies for maximum reach.
Graphic Design and Branding
- Design company profiles, business cards, email signatures, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Ensure branding consistency across all visual content.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for professional use.
Content Strategy and Engagement
- Develop creative content ideas that align with the company’s brand and ERP industry focus.
- Track and analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest design and social media trends.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems especially Odoo.
- Experience in digital advertising, including paid social media campaigns and lead generation.
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies related to ERP, Accounting, and Business Software solutions.
- Knowledge of targeted advertising techniques to reach business clients effectively.
- Experience with ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and especially LinkedIn Ads.
