Skills Requirement:

  • Oracle NetSuite certifications is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, gather information, and interpret well to develop actionable steps.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Finance & Accounts concepts like AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, etc. and financial accounting reports.
  • Must have experience of the workings of the above transactions in an ERP.
  • Must have good understanding about the NetSuite Leading practices and other related best practices/terminologies used in NetSuite.
  • Must have worked on projects involving integrations with 3rd party systems and have a good knowledge of the integration methodologies.
  • Must have good knowledge and hands on experience of configurations possible in various NetSuite features.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business etiquettes
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must be good in building successful relationships with customer.

Responsibilities

  • Required to lead discovery/ requirements sessions and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas with the customer.
  • Responsible for understanding the business expectations and translating them into detailed system and functional requirements.
  • Document the requirements, test cases, user guide and other required documentation.
  • Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potential product customizations.
  • Provide the solution approach for various customer requirements (including processes involving integrations) so as to guide the technical team.
  • Work with the technical team to build, develop, and test customized solutions.
  • Provide consulting services to customers and be the 'go-to' person for specific functional areas.
  • Support clients by leading the User Acceptance Testing workshops.
  • Develop user training programs using best practices in end user training.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the development of Delivery Plans, Risk Trackers, etc.
  • Provide statuses on time on progress of activities and deliverables.
  • Contribute actively to the successful implementation of Oracle NetSuite projects.
  • Use industry experience and best practices in NetSuite to solve clients' most complex business problems.

Educational Qualification Required:

  • MBA/ PGDM (Finance) &/Or Bachelor of Commerce &/Or Master of Commerce
